SHIPPING CHARGES

What are the shipping charges?
Orders that total less than $75.00 are charged a flat $9.95 shipping charge for USPS service. Orders for more than $75.00 ship FREE. Overnight shipping is charged at our usual rate for rush orders. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for order processing and shipping with USPS delivery.

RETURNS

What if I receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect?
Please notify the customer service department at the United Way Store (use email link at bottom of page) and a call tag will be issued to pick up your merchandise.

We will accept returns for products within 30 days of the order date.

If you have received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email the customer service department at the United Way Store and a call tag will be issued to pick up your merchandise.
To return merchandise, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. This number is required in order for us to accept your return. When shipping us your return, please fill out the back of the packing slip that was located in the box with your original shipment. If your packing slip can not be found, please contact us before shipping anything back. We will process your return promptly when we receive the merchandise.
